How to service the rear Wiper Blade on 2007 Toyota Prius?

Service the rear wiper rubber by raising the blade to disengage the clicking claw without breaking it while pulling it straight towards the left vehicle side without flexing the arm. The end of the rear wiper rubber needs to be carefully drawn out from the blade stopper starting at its position beyond the blade protrusion while avoiding aggressive pull to prevent backing plate deformation or blade claw damage but working from the rubber edges towards its center can help with removal. First install the No. 1 and No. 2 rear wiper rubber backing plates in proper direction before inserting the rear wiper rubber through the second claw from the front end of the blade until it rests at the back end stopper. Pushing it through the backside claw allows insertion into the front end claw. Push the blade directly toward the right front side to secure it on the wiper arm.
