How to remove and install the rear spoiler on 2007 Toyota 4Runner?

In order to take off the rear spoiler, remove the grommets and the bolts, loosen the spoiler, and unscrew the center stop light connector. Unscrew bolts to remove center stop light assembly. Cut the flanges of rivets with a drill and remove the rivets. Install center stop light assembly with the clips and connect center stop light and install the spoiler.
