How to replace the Liftgate Lift Support on the left-hand side on 2007 Toyota 4Runner?

First, to remove the Back Door Support on the LH side, 2 bolts and the damper stay in the door panel should be removed (with the hood supported). Next, unscrew the damper stay of the vehicle body. Installation requires 3 bolts with a torque to certain values. Repeat for the RH side.
