How to replace the Liftgate Lift Support Damper Stay Sub-Assembly LH on 2006 Toyota 4Runner?

To replace the back door damper stay sub-assembly LH, remove 2 bolts from the door panel and support the hood. Detach the damper stay from the vehicle body. Reinstall using 3 bolts with specified torque values. Repeat the same steps for the RH side.
