When working on standard cabs and access cabs which do not use a large type console box the technician must first remove the lower center cover. When dealing with access cabs featuring a large type console box together with double cabs, technicians must remove shifting hole cover and upper console panel while also removing both front console box and rear console box. Start by disconnecting the holder with its connectors then take out the 4 bolts of the Air Bag sensor assembly. Relocate the cable to the negative battery terminal after completing your check of the SRS warning light.
