Perform refrigerant discharge on the refrigeration system while preparing a solution that matches the stated measurements for the Access and Standard cabs at 600 plus or minus 50 g (21.16 plus or minus 1.76 oz.) and Double cab at 530 plus or minus 50 g (18.69 plus or minus 1.76 oz.). A/T models require the removal sequence of A/T oil cooler along with the horn, hood lock, center brace, receiver, and holder. The liquid tube and discharge hose need two bolt removals before installation of caps to avoid moisture or dirt entry. Apply compressor oil onto two new O-rings prior to their placement on the tubes. You must start by taking out this device using both lower brackets and two bolts until it frees from its position then move onto removing four bolts along with two upper brackets to proceed with pulling the condenser forward and upward. When substituting the condenser add 40 to 50 cc (1.4 to 1.7 fluid ounces) of ND-OIL 8 or equivalent compressor oil into the compressor system. The installation methods reverse the steps already used for removal.
