The service continues by removing the back door garnish center then the back door side garnish LH and finally the power back door rod. The service process includes a step that involves taking out the back door side garnish RH and the back door strap cover and the back door trim board assembly. Extract the rear wiper motor assembly by dismantling the 3 bolts from the bracket assembly while you disconnect its connector for removal of the entire unit. Install the rear wiper motor assembly while fixing it with 3 bolts that need to be torqued to 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf) along with reattaching its connector. The rear wiper arm installation process requires scraping of serration using a round file equivalent along with brush cleaning the rear wiper pivot serration before stopping the rear wiper motor at automatic stop position while placing the arm in its correct position with a torque of 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf). The last step is to put back the rear wiper arm head cap.
