First remove the clamp from the rack and pinion hole cover No. 1 by removing bolt A then disconnect cover No. 2 from cover No. 1. Bolt B needs loosening and matchmarks should be placed on both the rack and pinion intermediate shaft subassembly and rack and pinion link assembly before removing the bolt to detach the rack and pinion intermediate shaft sub-assembly. Start separating the LH front stabilizer link assembly and execute the same process for RH front stabilizer link assembly.
