How to service and repair the Clutch Slave Cylinder on 2006 Scion xB?

In order to service the clutch release cylinder, unconnect it with the hose, restrain any kind of fluid and take out the assembly by unscrewing 2 bolts. Assemble, then disassemble, being careful of torque requirements. Lastly, attach the cylinder, fill the brake reservoir, bleed the system, and test it.
