  A: The procedure for fixing the clutch master cylinder begins by removing the brake master cylinder along with the brake actuator assembly and brake booster assembly. The first step is to remove the clutch pedal spring then detach the clutch master cylinder push rod clevis through clip and pin removal. Remove first all brake fluid before disconnecting the clutch reservoir tube by unscrewing its retaining clip. Use Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 to disconnect the flexible hose tube by catching the fluid in a container and afterward remove the clutch master cylinder assembly by removing its two nuts. Unscrew the clutch master cylinder assembly by first tapping out its slotted spring pin with a pin punch and hammer before removing the inlet union and grommet then freeing the lock nut and push rod clevis and lock nut.
