To maintain and repair the power steering pump, pull off the engine covers, air cleaner assembly and the drive belt. De-vacuum hoses and pressure feed tube and pull out PS vane pump assembly. Install, reassemble, making sure that parts are properly torqued and connected and that the power steering system is bled.
