How to service and repair the starter motor on 2005 Toyota Echo?

Start the process for starter motor service and repair by taking off both RH and LH engine under covers. Start by removing the connector of the starter then removing the nut and disconnecting the starter wire. The starter can be removed by first taking out the two securing bolts. Start by placing the starter in position and fasten it with two bolts during installation. Reconnect the starter wire before you attach the nut then place back the starter connector. Install both RH and LH engine under covers at the end of the procedure.
