    The starter motor removal process starts with disconnecting the starter under cover and its connector and wire before taking off the securing bolts which hold the starter in place. The installation process involves positioning the starter correctly and fastening it with the 2 bolts before reuniting the starter wire and securing the nut while connecting the starter connector for complete under cover replacement. Only the two positive (+) side (York side) brushes are replaceable but the negative (-) side brush needs to replace in the brush holder within the body structure. Cut the brush lead wire at the terminal side and shave the welded mark to 5.0 mm width and 1.6 mm thickness before pressing the supply brush plate onto the welded terminal lead wire. Solder the pressed area and finish it with a 7.0 mm width and 3.3 mm thickness measurement to avoid inside lead wire or field penetration. You must use Special Service Tool: 09221-25026 (09221-0090) either to press out an old center bearing or for installing a new center bearing at its correct position.
