    A: Begin Evaporative Emission Control Canister replacement by using a gas spill prevention method and disconnecting the cable from the negative battery terminal. Start by removing the rear seat cushion assembly and the rear floor service hole cover after which separate the fuel pump tube sub-assembly while draining the fuel. The exhaust pipe assembly center needs removal before disconnecting parking brake cable assemblies No.2 and No.3 and finally extracting the fuel tank assembly before removing the charcoal canister assembly. The process to disconnect the fuel tank vent hose from the charcoal canister requires deep insertion of the connector with subsequent pinching of portion A to remove the connector. Use the same method to disconnect the charcoal canister filter sub-assembly from the charcoal canister before releasing the vapor pressure sensor connector and the wire harness clamp as well as the purge line hose and removing the two bolts and clip and charcoal canister. When installing the charcoal canister assembly begin with bolting it into place then secure the clip before torquing to 36 N.m (367 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf). After installing the fuel tank vent hose and charcoal canister filter sub-assembly to the charcoal canister connect the purge line hose and wire harness clamp as well as vapor pressure sensor connector. The replacement process begins with reinstallation of the fuel tank assembly and proceeds to install the parking brake cable assembly in order No.3 and No.2 before assembling the exhaust pipe assembly center.
