The Front Door Lower Frame Bracket Garnish LH must be removed before the Power Window Regulator Master Switch Assembly and Front Door Trim Board Sub-Assembly LH are taken out to access the Front No. 1 Speaker Assembly. The Front No. 1 Speaker Assembly requires you to disconnect its connector followed by drilling the 3 rivet heads with a drill whose diameter is less than 4 mm (0.16 in.). Drilling must be done carefully by rotating the drill near the rivet heads to cut the flanges. Handle caution when working with the hot cut rivet before using the drill to push out remaining fragments. A vacuum cleaner should clean the drilled rivet and dust from inside the front door panel after drilling completes. An air riveter or hand riveter should be used to install 3 new strike rivets along the Front No. 1 Speaker Assembly on the front door panel while following the illustration order of placement. The riveter must be avoided from prying usage and users should refrain from rotating the riveter or disassembling rivets unless materials show full tightness to prevent misalignment and install rivets at times when materials remain in contact. Finally, reconnect the connector.
