You must initialize both the power window control system as well as the sliding roof system through the correct procedure after reattaching the battery terminal. Start by detaching the battery negative terminal. First disconnect the horn button assembly followed by removing the cruise control main switch assembly by disconnecting its connector and unscrewing the 2 fasteners before pulling it out in the indicated direction. Check the horn button assembly after reconnection as the last step. You must reconnect the negative terminal of the battery before inspecting the SRS warning light.
