How to overhaul the pressure plate on 2004 Toyota Matrix?

In order to completely rework the pressure plate, disassemble transaxle assembly and clutch pieces. Check and gauge the wear of the clutch disc, cover and flywheel and replace as need be. Install the cover and clutch disc and make sure they are properly aligned and torqued. Lastly, reassemble the transaxle and release fork.
