Begin the Air Bag front RH sensor service by disconnecting its connector while removing the two securing bolts. The Air Bag front RH sensor must receive inspection after its removal. Start reinstalling operations with the ignition switch in OFF position and a 90-second disconnected period of the battery negative terminal. Insert the Air Bag front RH sensor with 2 bolts while applying 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf) of torque then reconnect its connector before checking for any loose connection during operation. Check the SRS warning light to verify correct operation in the last step of the inspection.
