The service team disassembles LH and RH sway bar links by removing the nut, bolt and 2 retainers and 2 cushions alongside the sway bar link. The bolt must be torqued at 52 Nm (530 kgf-cm, 38 ft. lbs.) while the nut requires 25 Nm (250 kgf-cm, 18 ft. lbs.) torques. Perform this procedure again on the sway bar links of the opposite side. The sway bar kit removal starts with dismantling the 4 bolts and 2 brackets and 2 cushions while keeping the bolt torque at 18 Nm (185 kgf-cm, 13 ft. lbs.). To finish the process reinstall the sway bar kit alongside its links beginning from the last step that was taken off.
