You must first disconnect the 6 resin clips which maintain the sensor wire harness into place near the frame along with the upper control arm and axle housing. Begin removal of the speed sensor by first using a 8.0 Nm torque to loosen the mounting bolt. After removing the sensor maintain the exact torque of 8.0 Nm when reinstalling the bolt. The last step of the process includes extracting the O-ring that exists in the speed sensor. The installation process requires following steps in the opposite order of removal while performing a signal check for the speed sensor at the end.
