Rephrase the fan and generator V-belt before beginning the removal of the engine mounting insulator sub-assembly RH. To remove the water pump pulley employ Special Service Tool: 09960-10010 (09962-01000, 09963-00600) that holds the pump pulley until all 3 bolts and the pulley are extracted. Next, uninstall the water pump assembly through the removal of three bolts and two nuts before detaching the water pump and gasket. Fasten the new water pump along with its gasket onto the pulley by applying 3 bolts and 2 nuts while torquing them to 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8.1 ft. lbs.). Fasten the water pump pulley in place by applying torque of 15 Nm (153 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.) to its 3 bolts through the use of Special Service Tool: 09960-10010 (09962-01000, 09963-00600). You should place the V-ribbed belt on each pulley before reinstalling both the engine mounting insulator sub-assembly RH and the fan and generator V-belt. The final tasks consist of adjusting the fan and generator V-belt followed by drive belt deflection examination and tension check while fueling the engine with coolant and inspecting for any signs of coolant leakage.
