To extract the water pump assembly start by removing its six bolts and water pump while removing and discarding the O-ring. The installation includes adding a fresh O-ring to the timing chain cover followed by tightening six bolts on the water pump with Bolt A receiving a torque of 9.0 Nm and Bolt B at 11 Nm. Put the generator assembly back into place and apply torque of 25 Nm (250 kgf-cm, 18 ft. lbs.) on the 12 mm head while using 54 Nm (550 kgf-cm, 39 ft. lbs.) torque on the 14 mm head.
