  A: First detach the air cleaner hose along with its resonator and intake air connector before unconnecting the four injector connectors. The order begins with vacuum sensing hose and fuel return hose disconnecting from the fuel pressure regulator before continuing to remove the union bolt along with its two gaskets to disconnect the fuel inlet pipe from the delivery pipe. Place a suitable container or shop rag under the delivery pipe before slowly loosening the union bolt. The 2 bolts secure the delivery pipe with four injectors until it becomes free from the system while maintaining injector safety. Removal of the 4 insulators and 4 spacers precedes pulling the delivery pipe out with all injectors for O-ring and grommet extraction from the injectors. A proper installation process requires grommets on each injector with a gasoline treatment of the new O-rings followed by injector tube fitting while rotating injectors in all directions to finish with the injector connector positioned upward. Install the 4 new insulators on the spacers before mounting the 4 injectors with the delivery pipe to the cylinder head. During installation use the installation torque of 21 N.m although check the injector movement until you receive the required function. If the injector movement is not smooth change the O-rings. The installation process requires the injector connector to face upward while tightening delivery pipe holding bolts at 21 N.m (210 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf).
