  A: The radiator service and repair requires engine coolant draining to begin. Disconnection of the relay block (used for daytime running light system) from the Canadian battery hold-down clamp must precede the removal of connectors and hoses: No. 1 electric cooling fan, No. 2 electric cooling fan, upper radiator hose from radiator, lower radiator hose from water inlet pipe and 2 oil cooler hoses from oil cooler pipes. Lift out the radiator assembly after removing its 2 bolts and 2 upper radiator supports with a torque of 13 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.). Follow this step by removing both lower radiator supports and the lower radiator hose that also requires the removal of 2 oil cooler hoses. Once the fan has been successfully unfastened from the radiator with its two bolts tightened to 5.0 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.), work on the No. 2 model. The installation process must be done exactly opposite to removal steps.
