The installation of the park/neutral position switch and bolt requires a torque setting of 13 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.), followed by application of a new lock plate and nut with a torque adapted to 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 inch lbs.). Secure the nut through claw bending on the lock plate. Verify the engine starts only with the shift lever in N or P and check the adjustment if the start condition is not accurate.
