Begin drive belt replacement by first removing the front wheel on the right-hand side followed by removal of both the front fender splash shield front right and the front fender apron seal right-hand side. Start by taking out engine mounting stay No. 2 RH together with engine cover sub-assy No. 1 and engine moving control rod with bracket after removing the 3 bolts. Use Special Service Tool: 09249-63010 to turn the drive belt tensioner clockwise while removing the drive bolt when dismantling the engine mounting bracket No. 2 RH and the fan and generator V belt. Reinstall the drive bolt on the fan and generator V belt while turning the drive belt tensioner slowly clockwise through the use of Special Service Tool: 09249-63010. You must secure the engine mounting bracket No. 2 RH with 52 Nm (531 kgf-cm, 38 ft. lbs.) torque before affixing the engine moving control rod with bracket and torquing its 3 bolts to 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft. lbs.). Reinstall the engine mounting stay No. 2 RH while torquing it to 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft. lbs.) and then put the front wheel RH in place and torque it to 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.).
