The service starts with removing the battery tray along with the engine under cover. Start radiator service and repair by removing the No. 3 engine room relay block together with the No. 1 cooling fan connector and the wire clamps from the No. 1 and No. 2 fan shrouds alongside the No. 2 cooling fan connector and the No. 1 ECT switch wire connector. Next, remove the radiator hoses connecting the upper and lower side as well as the A/T oil cooler hoses from the radiator. To remove the oil cooler from the lower tank one must disconnect the pipe while unscrewing the nuts along with the plate washers before extracting the oil cooler and O-rings.
