    A: The Fuel Pressure Regulator service starts with removing the fuel pump assembly from the fuel tank followed by using a screwdriver to remove and pull out the fuel filter while maintaining 2.0 N.m (20 kgf.cm, 17 in.lbf) torque. The procedure requires a new O-ring installation after applying a light gasoline coating to it. Then position the O-ring on the fuel filter. Unscrew and pull out the fuel pressure regulator according to procedure then confirm a torque of 2.0 N.m (20 kgf.cm, 17 in.lbf). Use a light gasoline coating to prepare a new O-ring which should be installed onto the pressure regulator after removing its prior O-ring. Installation occurs by following the opposite sequence of the removal steps.
