The service process for the front heater unit begins by unplugging the air mix servomotor by removing the water valve control cable and the connector and the 3 screws holding it in place. The servomotor securing the air outlet needs removal through screw extraction of its three fasteners. The auto A/C temperature sensor requires extraction during which you should unhook the clamp before taking out the sensor. Begin by removing 3 screws followed by 2 plates and a clamp to take out the heater radiator which subsequently requires unhooking the heater radiator pipes after undoing 2 screws and 2 clips. The air vent duct can be removed through screwing out its two installation screws. The reassembly process starts by performing procedures in the opposite direction from disassembly steps.
