How do you service and repair the Clock Spring Assembly / Spiral Cable on 2001 Toyota MR2 Spyder?

Remove the steering wheel pad at the start of Clock Spring Assembly / Clock Spring service and repair procedures then proceed by taking out the steering wheel and the column lower cover in order to reach the clock spring. Start the installation process by placing the new clock spring in first before adding the upper and lower column covers, cluster finish panel and finally reinstating the steering wheel pad and wheel.
