How to replace the windshield on 2001 Toyota Highlander?

To change the windshield, take off different assemblies and trim, making sure that the glass can be removed. Remove wiper arms, cowl ventilator, and moulding, with protection tape. Pare adhesive using piano wire, wash the glass and place new stoppers and adhesive dam. Load in the glass, place primers and tape. Last but not least, test leaks and add moulding.
