Before you start servicing the brake caliper remove the front wheel before securing the disc with hub nuts at 103 Nm while keeping the torque at 1,050 kgf-cm (76 ft. lbs.). Special Service Tool: 09023-00100 allows you to disconnect the brake line while catching the fluid in a container by applying torque of 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.). Next you should use 123 Nm (1,250 kgf-cm, 90 ft. lbs.) to remove the 2 mounting bolts as well as the caliper. You should next remove the clip together with 2 pins, the anti-rattle spring, 2 pads and 4 anti-squeal shims from the system. The installation proceeds by following the reverse order of removal steps while filling the brake reservoir with fluid then bleeding the braking system before leak inspection.
