Service the Clutch Slave Cylinder by using Special Service Tool: 09023-00100 to disconnect the clutch line and contain the fluid while torquing it to 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.). Work on the release cylinder by removing its two securing bolts while applying 13 Nm of torque and then pulling the release cylinder free. The boot with push rod must be pulled out whilecompressed air assists in extracting the piston and spring from the cylinder. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease onto the piston before reinstalling it with the spring into the cylinder and finally reinstall the boot together with the push rod onto the cylinder. It is necessary to perform installation by reversing the steps from removal while also conducting clutch system bleeding after final assembly.
