Begin heater radiator pipe water hose removal through hose clip grasping with pliers and moving clips up the hose before disconnecting the hose from the heater radiator. When installing the rear heater unit make sure the water hose reaches the second ridge of the heater radiator pipe. The next step involves taking out front seats as well as front door scuff plates, cowl side trims, rear door scuff plates, lower door scuff plates, rear console box and left-hand side air outlet grill. You should follow these steps to remove the rear heater unit: pull back the floor carpet then extract 2 clips and the air outlet grill from the unit, unfasten 2 bolts and 2 clips and the rear air duct after disconnecting the connectors before finishing with the removal of 3 bolts.
