The service requires disconnecting the water valve control cable from the water valve. Single A/C models require pliers to gently remove hose clips along water hoses before removing the hoses from heater radiator pipes and water inlet housings. When working with dual A/C vehicles maintain the same hose-disconnect procedures between the heater radiator pipe and water valve as well as water inlet housing. You should remove the nut then take out the water valve. The installation process follows the reverse of removal steps and it concludes with the water valve control cable adjustment by setting the temperature dial to "COOL" position and adjusting the water valve lever to "COOL" before cable installation and clamp locking followed by outer cable adjustment in accordance with the provided illustration directions.
