The power steering vane pump gets installed through attaching it with 2 bolts, a nut and 3 washers that require 19 Nm (190 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.) torque force. Special Service Tool: 09023-12700 allows the installer to connect the pressure feed tube which requires a torque application of 39.5 Nm (400 kgf-cm, 29 ft. lbs.) at a 345 mm (11.81 inch) torque wrench fulcrum length.
