    A: Start clutch Master Cylinder repair by removing the luggage compartment trim box cover followed by disconnecting the clutch line from the Clutch Master Cylinder through the use of Special Service Tool: 09023-38200 while catching fluid in a container. Beginning the procedure requires first unfastening the clip and pin before extracting the clutch master cylinder through needle-nose plier removal of the clip and pin followed by 2 nut removal and master cylinder extraction. You must tap out the slotted spring pin using a pin punch and hammer to remove the reservoir which allows you to take off the reservoir and its grommet, cap and float. The clevis requires releasing its lock nut to extract the components which include removing the boot and using snap ring pliers to install the snap ring while pushing the push rod will allow separation of the push rod with washer. Remove the piston together with its spring as the last step. Reassembly starts with applying lithium soap base glycol grease to parts before inserting the piston with spring into the cylinder along with the washer on the push rod. Present the push rod into the piston after which snap ring pliers should be used to install the snap ring. Install the boot to the cylinder before adding the float and cap to the reservoir while you add a new grommet then tap in the slotted spring pin. The installation process requires attaching the clutch master cylinder with 2 nuts that need to be torqued to 20 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.) while using the push rod to join it with the clutch pedal through its pin and pin clip. Also install the clutch line using Special Service Tool: 09023-38200 by torquing it to 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.) and 18 Nm (185 kgf-cm, 13 ft. lbs.) for tool usage with a torque wrench featuring a 30 cm (11 The procedure ends with filling the reservoir followed by bleeding the clutch system and adjusting the clutch pedal then leak inspection before reinstalling the luggage compartment trim box cover.
