Start by removing the radiator grill followed by removing the A/T air-cooled oil cooler and engine under cover through bolt removal and condenser connection separation at 10 Nm (100 kg.cm, 7 ft.lb), unfasten the nut after which you can remove the tube by tightening it to 22 Nm (225 kg.cm, 16 ft.lb). Once complete, cover the open fittings immediately to protect against moisture and dirt contamination. Insert two new O-rings into the tube that is lubricated using compressor oil.
