- Q:How to install the front lower ball joint assembly on the LH side on 2008 Toyota Prius?A:Install LH front lower ball joint to steering knuckle; keep threads/taper dry. Torque nuts 71 Nm; tighten max 60° to align cotter holes. Fit clip, dust deflector, axle. Secure lower arm (89 Nm). Reconnect tie rod, brake, speed sensor, hub nut. Install wheel (103 Nm); check alignment and sensor signal.
