    Q:
How to properly reassemble the A/C Switch panel on Toyota Tacoma? Posted by Customer
    A:
You can reinstall the air conditioning panel starting with bulb installation via screwdriver clockwise rotation. The first step involves connecting the REC switch with 2 claws before moving on to attach the A/C switch with additional 2 claws. Six claws should be engaged to place the heater control panel before securing it with four screws. The 3 control knob sub-assemblies need to be installed last.

    Q:
How to troubleshoot an A/C Switch on Toyota Tacoma? Posted by Customer
    A:
First disconnect the control assembly parts by removing the 3 knob sub-assemblies followed by unscrewing the 4 screws of the heater control panel and using a screwdriver to detach the 6 claws. The tip of the screwdriver should be taped before handling it. The service requires a screwdriver to pry out the A/C switch and the REC switch while continually taping the screwdriver tip. The two bulbs require a counterclockwise turn followed by removal. To assemble the bulbs turn them clockwise before locking the 2 claws that will secure the REC switch then the A/C switch. The heater control panel installation requires the user to first engage its 6 claws and bolt it down with 4 screws before installing the 3 control knob sub-assemblies.
