To fix the Back Up Light, remove the assembly of the rear combination light. To remove the tail and stop light bulb, turn with socket and wire and detach. The rear turn signal bulb needs to be the same. Lastly, disassemble the rear bumper upper retainer by unscrewing and de-connecting it.
