Installation of the A750E automatic transmission valve body requires installation of spring and check ball body followed by installation of the manual valve pin. Install 19 11 Nm torque bolts then the detent spring cover at 10 Nm. Install transmission wire, oil strainer and then oil pan, reconnect battery and fluid.

How to remove and replace the valve body assembly of the A750E automatic transmission on Toyota Tundra?

To remove A750E transmission valve body: disconnect negative battery cable; turn off ignition and wait 90 seconds for navigation system to store settings. Drain ATF; remove oil pan and strainer. Disconnect transmission wire. Remove bolt, detent spring cover/spring, then 19 bolts. Remove check ball body and spring without dropping them.
