How to replace the Transfer Case Seal on Toyota Sienna?

The replacement of the Transfer Case Oil Seal (4WD) starts with disassembling the engine assembly with transaxle while continuing with the automatic transmission with transfer and finally extracting the transfer assembly. Use Special Service Tool: 09308-00010 to remove the center differential lock sleeve and transfer case oil seal so you can protect the oil-seal-fitted surface of the case. Install the new transfer case oil seal with Special Service Tools 09387-00010 and 09950-70010 (09951-07150) by passing it through correctly and not at an angle while applying a tiny amount of MP grease to the oil seal lip. Put on the center differential lock sleeve then install the transfer assembly before adding the automatic transmission with transfer and ending with the engine assembly with transaxle. Perform a final examination of front wheel alignment and test the ABS speed sensor signal for the ABS with EBD & BA & TRAC & VSC system.
