The bearing retainer requires installation with its 4 screws while applying 2.6 N.m (27 kgf.cm, 23 in.lbf) of torque. The procedure for the rear bearing requires using Special Service Tool: 09820-00021 to remove both the bearing cover (outside) and the bearing but you must prevent damage to the fan during this process. Install the new bearing through Special Service Tool: 09820-00031 before using Special Service Tool: 09285-76010 to insert the bearing cover (outside).
