    A:
    The first step requires removal of the front wheel by using 103 Nm of torque force (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.). The procedure starts with removing the engine under cover and lower suspension arm by using tools to disconnect the RH and LH tie rod ends at a torque of 49 Nm (500 kgf-cm, 36 ft. lbs.). After removing the cotter pin and nut users can disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle with Special Service Tool: 09628-62011 and repeat the process for the other side. You must disconnect the stabilizer bar links of both sides by unscrewing the nut while using a 5 millimeter hexagon wrench to stabilize the stud when the Ball Joint turns with the nut. Both sides require this process. Next disconnect the RH and LH lower suspension arms from the bottom ball joints by taking out the bolt as well as 2 nuts while keeping the torque at 142 Nm (1,450 kgf-cm, 105 ft. lbs.) before moving to the other side. Tighten the 2 lower suspension arm set bolts to 137 Nm (1,397 kgf-cm, 101 ft. lbs.) but keep in mind to torque both bolts after stabilizing the suspension during installation. Dismantle the sliding yoke while using a transmission jack to hold the suspension member before removing the bolt and nut which disconnects the torque rod from the suspension member using 100 Nm of torque (1,150 kgf-cm, 83 ft. lbs.). To disconnect the suspension member from the body you must first remove the 4 bolts while torquing them to 113 Nm (1,152 kgf-cm, 83 ft. lbs.) on the front side and 157 Nm (1,600 kgf-cm, 116 ft. lbs.) on the rear side. After that remove the 2 lower suspension arm set bolts to detach the lower suspension arm from the suspension member. It is necessary to follow the opposite sequence of removal steps during installation while performing a front wheel alignment check.

    Follow this installed procedure for the front suspension lower No. 1 arm by first mounting the assembly LH to the suspension crossmember with 2 bolts and one nut which should be tightened temporarily. Follow this step with connecting the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly then proceeding to install the front drive shaft assembly and the front axle assembly LH and RH while repeating both procedures for each side. Attah the front suspension lower No. 1 arm sub-assembly LH to the front lower Ball Joint through a bolt along with 2 nuts while tightening to 89 Nm (908 kgf-cm, 66 ft-lbf). The process for front suspension lower No. 1 arm sub-assembly RH installation must be done again. When connecting the front stabilizer link assembly to the front Shock Absorber with coil spring through nuts tighten them to 74 Nm (755 kgf-cm, 55 ft-lbf) while using a 6 mm hexagon wrench to stop the ball joint turning. Install first the No. 2 and No. 1 tie rod end sub-semblies then perform front axle hub nut tensioning for LH and RH using identical methods as for the RH side. Fasten the front wheel using 103 Nm torque then connect the front Exhaust Pipe unit. To stabilize the suspension position the vehicle on a lowered height then bounce it through multiple cycles. The steering sliding yoke sub-assembly should be connected while the column hole cover silencer sheet needs installation. Tighten the front suspension lower No. 1 arm sub-assembly LH with 2 bolts achieving 137 Nm (1,400 kgf-cm, 101 ft-lbf) torque values while monitoring the nut to prevent rear-side bolt rotation and perform the work on a 4-post lift by lowering the tires until they reach the ground level. The final step includes examining and readjusting the wheel alignment on the front side.
