To repair the Canister Purge Valve, remove the rear floor boards and deck box, disconnect the negative battery terminal, and wait 90 seconds. Remove the purge VSV, then reinstall it with a torque of 7.5 N.m. Reconnect everything and perform initialization after reconnecting the battery.
