Take the cable off the negative terminal of the battery, but first switch off the anti-theft audio system's "lockout" feature if your vehicle has it. Remove the electrical connector from the headlight holder, then unluck the water shield. Pull the holder retainer, next the bulb holder and finally the bulb. When putting on the light bulb, put care into keeping your fingers away from it; rubbing alcohol will clean off any contamination before you reinstall.

Take the cable off the negative terminal of the battery, but first switch off the anti-theft audio system's "lockout" feature if your vehicle has it. Remove the electrical connector from the headlight holder, then unluck the water shield. Pull the holder retainer, next the bulb holder and finally the bulb. When putting on the light bulb, put care into keeping your fingers away from it; rubbing alcohol will clean off any contamination before you reinstall.
