How to service the rear Wiper Blade on Toyota FJ Cruiser?

First service the rear wiper rubber by taking out the wiper blade assembly through its claw while avoiding wiper arm flexion with the blade detached to prevent windshield surface damage. Start by removing the wiper rubber from the wiper blade then detach both wiper rubber backing plates which should be situated on the wiper rubber. Install this component by placing the 2 wiper rubber backing plates on the wiper rubber such that they face the correct direction, then install the wiper rubber with the head portion which includes the swelled portion facing the arm bearing while pushing the wiper blade into the wiper rubber's grooves to secure it. To finish install the wiper blade assembly while setting the claw properly.
