  Begin the Back Up Light removal process by disconnecting the cable from the negative battery terminal. The steps begin with taking off the rear seatback board carpet assembly on the right side then moving to remove the rear seatback assembly RH. Take out the rear seatback board carpet assembly on the left side and also the rear seatback assembly on the left side. Uninstall the rear floor board together with its mat support plate and the mat assembly. Start by taking off the luggage hold belt striker assembly before removing both front door scuff plates and their counterparts at the back of the vehicle. To proceed in deinstallation move the front door opening trim Weather Strips, replace the deck side garnish assembly w/ Woofer, speaker mounting cover, and amplifier box speaker assembly (w/ Woofer). The next step is to take off the package holder net hook plus associated quarter trim pocket tray and side trim cover without Woofer. Take out the lap belt outer anchor cover and both rear seat outer belt assemblies from the right and left-hand side. After taking off the 3 rear deck trim cover (and power outlet socket) nuts you can disconnect its 3 connectors and remove all 3 trim side panels to take out the rear combination light assembly through its 3 nuts and wire separation.
