How to remove the Trunk Lid Latch on Scion xD?

To take the back door lock off, remove the upper trim panel then the left and right garnishes. Then take out the inside handle and assembly of the trim board. Lastly, unscrew the three bolts that hold the lock and unscrew the connector and remove it.
